A' Nica room

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable and well-appointed. The hostess, Leandra, was so helpful in supporting my very late arrival and helping me feel welcome and at home. My stay certainly exceeded my expectations. Also, the location is excellent for exploring Palermo.

Host was kind and helpful, had lots of suggestions for places to eat and visit, and flexible on checkout.

The location of the apartment was perfect, it's in a historical city centre. There are a lot of good cafes around. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed has a good mattress and pillows. Special thanks to the host Leandra for her help and hospitality.

The apartment is quite small, but it was okay for us, because we stayed only for a week. The ceiling is lower than usual. And the view from the window overlooks the courtyard.

The apartament is small but very comfortable. We had everything we could wish. It is situated in a beautiful part of the city, between the train / bus station, the cathedral and other beautiful things to see, close to the old market and the marina. A really good place to stay.

Location was perfect. Well equipped little studio. Very very clean (much appreciated). Communication with the host was impeccable. I highly recommend A’Nica Room for a stay in Palermo. I would go back eyes closed.

The hosts were very friendly, and the location was incredibly convenient, with the train station and airport shuttle just 7-10 minutes away. Many attractions were also within walking distance.

it's worth noting that the place may not be suitable for tall individuals over 190 cm due to the relatively low ceiling height

- good shower - very comfortable studio - it is in the city centre of Palermo ( very close to the train station and bus terminal ) - Antonio and Leandra are so nice ( Antonio came to explain everything in the studio ) and Leandra was always asking if I need something by message - coffee machine with capsules
