Fran and her husband were wonderful hosts, contacting us directly to welcome us before arrival and again in the morning to see if there was anything we needed, and then again helping me to get my phone set up.The best thing about this place was the massive 7 foot super comfortable bed with top quality bedding, which was so welcome after some of the hard beds we had experienced in other accommodations, including some of the more expensive ones. Super large well equipped kitchen, and lovely balcony area overlooking the city. Excellent location close to the Maruera shopping mall. Great value for money too

Nothing at all

We stayed 2 nights and we would definitely choose Sapphire again. The room is nicely equipped, beds comfortable, bathroom squeaky clean. Generally this accomodation is very good quality for a reasonable price. Sapphire is located in a quiet residential area within walking range to the city centre and Merua shopping centre. The owner is extremely helpful.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Unsere Gastgeberin war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns bei jeder Frage sofort unterstützt. Die Unterkunft selbst war in einem einwandfreien Zustand: sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einer modernen, frischen Einrichtung, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight für mich war der makellos saubere Pool, den ich ausgiebig genutzt habe. Ich komme definitiv gerne wieder.
