Affordable room with very kind host

The room is a bit small

The host - Fran - was fantastic and very responsive, from the moment the booking was made until departure after the stay. She provided very useful tips on where to find everything in the city.

I was in contact with Fran on WhatsUp all the time. Great! I needed to smile when I entered the room since there was also an umbrella available - for just in case!!

Everything was fine - non complain!

Good location, close to Maerua Mall where there is a big Checkers for groceries. It is also walkable to downtown Windhoek (if you’re a walker). Unit was very clean with bathroom, cooking area, separate kitchen sink, refrigerator etc. the bed was very comfortable! Fran and Dillon were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were even able to do our laundry. I accidentally thew away an important document, realized 3 hours after we’d checked out and contacted Fran who graciously let me back in to find it - I found it! Thank you Fran and Dillon for a lovely stay!

The flat is situated in a great area, with the section of the flat well placed and away from the main house. The place was clean and the host has paid attention to details that creates warmth to the place.
