"Exceptional"

The place was very clean and the rooms looked exactly as the picture showed. There was Disney+ and Netflix which kept us entertained. The recliner seats were super comfy! Over all 5/5 stars. We loved our 2 night stay there :) Thank you

"Fantastic appartment; only downside was I booked with a check out for 12 noon, however on arrival I was told it was a 10"

"Amazing, exceeds expectations"

The room was exceptional. Very well-designed and clean. The host provided all types of cooking utensils and there were sweets to welcome us as well. A very thoughtful gesture. Had an amazing time. Will definitely stay here again.

"Lovely property, great location, would definitely recommend."

The layout is well thought out and works well in a small space. A lovely kitchen/sitting area, good size bedroom and a big modern shower room, perfect for a solo traveller like me. I visit Aberdeen regularly and stayed here earlier this year for the first time. The central location means it’s easy to get around on foot and you’re not far from a bus stop. Oh yes, the bottle of wine on arrival was a much appreciated gift from the thoughtful landlord! 😃

The only potential downside I would mention is that, should you need a car, parking is on street only with a maximum stay of 3 hours. (No restrictions overnight from 8pm to 8am.) I spent £35 over the week on parking, even though I was out for long periods of the day. I found I had to plan my day around this. Worth bearing in mind.

"Worth to stay and value for money."

Spacious clean and organize

When I entered the property there was a smell of left over cooking smell which I suspected from previous occupant. Maybe need to look into this issue in future so that it will not affect the next occupant

"The flat was comfortable, modern and clean, but the telly got more cranky over my stay."

The flat was comfortable and in a good location. The flat was clean and modern, the bathroom was roomy.

The TV got more cranky over my stay - it kept buffering even though the internet speed was good. The literature advertised a desk but there was just a breakfast bar. A full size ironing board would be appreciated - there is not much room for the table top board supplied.
