Die Lage war für die Durchreise sehr gut, wenn auch neben der Autobahn und daher laut.

Die gesamte Anlage wird von unzähligen Kameras überwacht, wir wollten einfach unsere Ruhe haben und nach einer langen Autofahrt ein wenig entspannen, allerdings störte uns der Unterkunftgeber in dieser Zeit mit unzähligen Nachrichten. Er war zwar keine Sekunde vor Ort um weiterzuhelfen, überwachte uns aber offensichtlich permanent über seine Kameras. Urlaubsgefühl kommt da keines auf. Befremdlich war auch, dass der Unterkunftgeber darauf bestand, dass wir ihm nach dem Check-in unsere Ausweise/Pässe (auch von den Kindern) ein zweites Mal schicken sollten.

The potential that it had but never became true

The main reason for low grade is because the pool that was meant for guests, was used for private family teenager party.  As you can imagine teenagers are loud and there were 7 of them at the time of our arrival. I am aware that the owner or his family has the right to use it, however, from hospitality point of you and especially when we specifically said we're coming there for the relaxing time by the pool, the party could have been postponed or teenagers could have used it in the morning then leave the pool area to the paying customers. No alternative was offered when we expressed the wish to leave and the reason why, for example, to come another day. We got no refund, neither did we expect it but some alternative, rather than just saying sorry from the owner, was never offered. So basically we paid money and got nothing in return. The area is very nice and I am sure it would have been a nice short stay, however, hospitality was not a priority in our case. As a paying customer I feel very disappointed and regret deciding to come here. Another note, the usage of the pool is 10 eur per person, per day. It is not stated anywhere on Booking.com. Beware. The beds are very uncomfortable, more like a hostel bed, there were spiders everywhere. No chair, no bedside lamp, no bedside table. Literally just 3 beds and overhead wardrobes. The bathroom was nice and modern. Shame more attention was not paid to other areas. Regretfully, I do not recommend coming here unless you just want to give away your hard worked money.

Fantastic accommodation and facilities. Was located in a quiet place with plenty of beautiful rural views. We slept like a baby on our beds and the room was beautifully cool compared to the hot night outside the accommodation! There was a fan in the room for extra cool breeze if we needed and towels and bathroom facilities provided. We had our luggage lost at the airport, so to have such comfortable facilities available was a blessing for us. There were some juices, water and milk provided for us as well as an exceptional coffee pod machine which makes a divine crema. Pastries were provided for us to have complimentary in the kitchen also, which was an unexpected surprise and delight. Our favourite part was the futuristic and modern shower. I was unable to get my hair wet so the side stream shower was perfect to freshen up after a night without luggage! The hot water is easier to use than any hotel I have been in before so was not fussing with the tap. The bathroom design was so large and stylish, we thought we had accidentally booked a room at the Ritz! The pool area was gorgeous and a relief to enjoy the next morning when the heat was high. I only was able to dip my legs but I also enjoyed sitting on all the designer furniture, especially the day bed with canopy. The pool was in top class condition and another highlight for our brief stay. Would be staying again next time we visit Bologna!
