Polignano is beautiful ❤️ recommend the town but keep away from this host

We did not stay in the place we booked, we were told there is no heating in the flat we booked and we will be better off somewhere else, not by the seafront, it was by the main square . We were asked to cancel the reservation day after arriving, paid cash in hand and didn't get the receipt despite asking, it was clean however we couldn't use frying pan cause it was too dirty and damaged. I understand it wasn't expensive stay, I didn't expect luxuries however when I book something I expect to stay there, that was not OK
