I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was unacceptable. We chose this hotel primarily for the convenience of free parking, but the reality was the exact opposite. Upon arrival, we discovered the entire road in front of the building was under construction. We were forced to park a significant distance away on an unsecured street, leaving our vehicle at full risk. The Room Quality: The cleanliness was appalling. The room was thick with dust and visibly dirty. Since we checked in late (10:00 PM), we expected a ready room, but the management simply stated they were unable to clean it at that hour. We were essentially forced to sleep in a neglected space. Facilities & Accessibility: The room had several functional failures: No Water: The washbasin was completely dry, making basic hygiene impossible. Accessibility Issue: The bathroom door latch was installed at an absurd height. As someone who is 5'5", I could not even reach the latch to lock the door. It seems the rooms were not designed with standard ergonomics or guest convenience in mind. Management: The staff showed zero proactiveness in solving these issues. Between the lack of water, the safety concerns regarding our car, and the filth in the room, this stay was a total disaster. Verdict: I would strongly advise against staying here until they finish construction and hire a professional cleaning crew. Safe yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

They took INR 200 extra as Tax, while the booking.com shows the amount included with all taxes & duties.

I left this property since it was an awful experience, walls were damp and its smell was nasty. It should not be listed here.
