El apartamento era muy espacioso, muy limpio y todo muy nuevo. El acceso a pie de calle lo hacía muy cómodo al ir con un carrito de bebe.

Había detalles como que no tuviera cortinas, que hacía que entrara mucha luz por la noche, además que al estar a pie de calle hacía que no tuviera tanta intimidad. La zona parecía un poco conflictiva.

We had to urgently book an apartment in Valencia for one night, and this was the cheapest option - I was a bit worried about checking in process and having to register on their website and leave the deposit of 150 euros. However, 4 business days after checking out, the money was back into my bank account. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything you may need for a short stay of 5 people. Also, their staff did reply quickly to all my questions, which I really appreciated. There is a price sheet for drinks in the fridge, except for a bottle of water, which was free, just something to pay attention to.

The wifi was working well in the main living area, the signal did not reach the bedrooms. The neighbourhood, at first glance, did not feel very safe during the evening hours, as there were groups of people hanging around. Overall, for what we needed, the accommadation was acceptable. Not knowing if requesting a deposit is common practice in Spain, I was a bit suspicious, but I can confirm it was all settled in the end.

El precio de las consumiciones es muy caras. Debe ser una zona un poco conflictiva me lo indico un agente de la ley.pero no tuvimos ningún prblema

Location is very good. The amenities provided allowed for cooking: and the AC is great. The property has an admin staff, who is responsive and very helpful even in English.

Desagües baño lavabo no tragaba, habitaciones sin ventanas, faltan aire condicionado o ventilador
