Modern Cozy Unit Near Geno's & Pat's

Located near downtown in south Philly. The outside is deceiving. The stairs are narrow and steep, but once you enter the apartment, it is so nice. It gives almost like a studio apartment size-wise, and the bed was super soft. It was like a memory foam mattress. There was extra bedding and towels in the closet. Plus there are several places to eat within a 1.5mi walking distance.

There were no washcloths or face towels, but there were dry off and hand towels. That was the only thing that was truly missing.

The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with modern equipment. It is located near an Asian plaza with excellent food and a wonderful super market. We could easily buy ingredients and cook at home.

The shower was malfunctioning for some functions, but not a big deal.

Loved everything. Definitely SUPERHOST worthy. Highly recommend. This is now my favorite place to stay over in Phila. On top of so many other positives, this apartment smells Fresh and Clean.

Everything was spectacular. Beds were comfy. Toilet facilities were amazing. Everywhere was clean.

When I first saw the outside I was a bit skeptical but when I walked up those stairs and inside none of it mattered

-very clean -stylish and modern -there is everything you need, even bowls for your doggo if you travel with them -spacious -accessible by public transport

I very much like the fact that everything was pretty clean and new and the convenience of the laundry and I especially like the gentleman who informed me of the rooftop smoking area which was great and also the fact that I was late getting out of there waiting for my Uber and I was never charged late fee but I thought was extremely kind of them it's definitely worth the value
