"Good relaxing place to be."

Location was good. The apartment was nice, it doesn't get much sun (balcony) at this time of year which suited us but may not suit others. I liked it that they allowed me to leave my luggage there.

The charge of €2.50 euros per person to use a sun lounge bed, plus the extra for padded mats and extra again for the umbrella. We where not informed of this and on the last day I offered my ticket to another person when leaving the pool and they apparently owned a flat there, but was not aware of the charge of the sunbeds. I did not like the fact that the pool was only open at 9am till 6pm. kids could not use inflatables or floatable toys in the pool, but apparently from the agents they where allowed to etc.., misleading I didn't like the fact that my check-in time changed from 2pm to 3pm without notice and that no one came back to me on the requested when I book it for an early check-in I didn't like the fact that the cleaner took items that the previous Renter left for us (when I dropped my bags off) like the beach blankets etc.., when finishing the cleaning. Furniture (sofa beds, may need replacing as a bit worn), the beds in the front room (mattresses) may need replacing soon. Tenerife has got expensive for some item

"Tired apartment with no sun on balcony"

Pool kept very clean and bar staff very happy.

Apartment very tired and needs update although it seems the bathroom has been. No sun on the balcony at any time of the day.

"Average apartment in a good location."

Location was good, a good sized apartment.

I had a bit of a nightmare with this property in the build up to the holiday. I sent across all passport details as requested, only to be met with an email saying none of the people met the minimum age of 21 for check in. Thinking I had made an error, I frantically went back through all the policies to see if I could find it, but with no joy. I questioned this and was just rudely told to comply. I again politely asked where I had missed the info so I could see it, and they sent me a screenshot of a different booking provider. This policy was not shown in Booking.com, but then whilst I was on the page they updated it and made out it was there all along (I know this because a message flashed up whilst I was on the page saying the info was now out of date). Rather than just own it, apologise and try to help me, all I got from that point onwards was attitude, short and stroppy one word answers and told I now had to pay double the security deposit. Obviously I had no choice - in one email I was simply told “it makes no difference, you have to comply”. So for the week the boys were under threat of losing €400 if they didn’t follow the house rules (one of which is that you can’t even put your towel on the balcony railing). The apartment itself serves a purpose, and the location was perfect for what the group needed, but if you are looking for any level of customer service, this is not the place to stay. There will no doubt be a snide comment made in return (as with most negative reviews of this place), but take it from someone who has stayed in over 50 properties with Booking.com, these are possibly the most unfriendly hosts I’ve ever encountered. Could have avoided a lot of stress if they’d just admitted their mistake from the start and been a bit friendlier. Thankfully the boys are a great bunch and followed the house rules to the letter and didn’t get stung with this double charge.
