J’ai loué cet appartement avec de grandes attentes, mais malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante. Le principal problème réside dans l’équipement de la cuisine, totalement inadapté. J’ai eu d’énormes difficultés à chauffer le lait pour mon bébé de moins d’un an. La bouteille de gaz présentait une fuite très dangereuse, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, surtout avec un nourrisson. J’ai immédiatement filmé la situation et contacté Mohamed, le responsable, qui m’a promis de chercher une solution. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse ni intervention de sa part. En plus de ce grave problème de sécurité, les équipements sont de très mauvaise qualité. Pour un prix de plus de 600 DH la nuit, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Je mets une note de 1/10 et je déconseille fortement cette location. Sécurité, service et confort sont totalement absents. ---------- I rented this apartment with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Safety, service, and comfort are completely lacking. ------- قمتُ باستئجار هذا الشقة بتوقعات كبيرة، لكن للأسف كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال. يكمن المشكل الرئيسي في تجهيزات المطبخ، فهي غير ملائمة تمامًا. واجهت صعوبات كبيرة في تسخين الحليب لطفلي الذي لم يتجاوز عمره سنة.

There is only AC in one room and that too doesnt really get cold. If you are planning to visit in summer do speak to the host and enquire if both rooms have cooling facility.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement. L'appartement est impeccable et fidèle à la description. On sent qu'il est entretenu avec soin.
