BH Cura Marina 2

It was a lovely apartment with a very clean pool and sun bathing area.

We arrived at 3pm and the apartment assigned to us was not cleaned We tried calling the numbers and emailing. It took an hour and half for the owner to assign a new apartment. It was frustrating to wait and not know when we could settle in. The new apartment was clean and nice but unfortunately we then had extremely noisy neighbours. The rules stated no noise after 23.00 and there were still partying until 4am. Frustratingly the original apartment had no neighbours so if this had been cleaned we could have had a good nights sleep. The owner offered us an hour and half later check out in return for the confusion at check in.

I like that it's open to local people as well as holiday makers, the not being pestered by staff, the room was just perfect for me, the location is great, the pool is very enjoyable. It was great that I was able to keep the room for a few hours extra as I had a late flight. People replied to emails in good time.

The bar music can be a little too loud for my room when the guys are working, the lady doesn't seem to have it in so loud which is much more relaxing, I couldn't hear my TV or my own music at times & the choice of music would not be to everyone's taste, but never can be, that would be my only constructive criticism.

More than 6 years using the facilities, the location and views are the best part

Change of management with less servicies and more expensive. Before we had front desk, flexibility with the c.in and c.out times, towels to the pool and cleaning of the rooms. Now we have nothing of this and just a locker to get the key. And with prices up to 20% more expensives!
