The property is in a perfect location. House was very clean on arrival and very well kept. All inside furnishings are in great condition

The outside area needs updating a little

It was clean and a decent distance from the parks we were going to.

THEY ENDANGERED MY FAMILY, The AC stopped working on our 2nd day and it was 85 degrees in the property. (It felt hotter than that upstairs). I communicated with the property MULTIPLE times about this, and they didn’t even bother responding, offer to fix it or offer temporary accommodations. After 24 hours, I contacted booking.com’s customer service who told me they would give the owner a 24 hour deadline to reimburse me. To which, the owner apparently responded to their request and refused ANY compensation at all, and yet STILL did not reach out to me. My vacation is now over and I have YET to receive any sort of response. My family ended up sleeping all downstairs on the couches and floors with a fan blowing on us, with the door open (because it was cooler outside), and ice packs under blankets on youngest children. After being under the sun at the parks all day, dealing with sunburn, coming back to a place that was suffocating and honestly dangerously hot was a horrible experience. I do understand that unforeseen things happen but the lack of response, empathy, or concern from the property itself is what really makes this an unforgivable situation. I am mortified. My family, especially my children, could have easily suffered heat exhaustion or even heat stroke under the conditions. Aside from all of that, as many other reviews have stated. The hot tub didn’t work well (which is why I booked the property). Half the Jets don’t work, and the temperature wouldn’t go very high. When I messaged them about this (which was the first night before the AC went out and the ONLY time they have communicated with me). I was told there was an additional $40 a night charge, with a 3 night minimum to have the hot tub heated. This is an ABOVE ground hot tub, that’s only function is to be hot. This is by FAR the worst booking experience I have EVER had. Pictures attached.

Ideal location to visit the parks. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Hairs in the bed. Wasn't advised additional costs for heating spa. Letting company constantly emailing re additional costs if didn't check out on time. Also very limited towels and bedding supplied.

There were several reviews about the jacuzzi not working after I had booked. I called in several times trying to get a status check on the jacuzzi because that was the main reason why we booked it. Every time they said they would call or message back and never did. We also asked if the jacuzzi was extra and they said it was not. Our first day there we had to call in because jacuzzi was not heating up. Then they tell us there was a charge and it was more than what they claimed on their site. The rep was extremely rude about the whole situation. We had to pay to have the heat. Next day maintenance came by to turn it on and after several hours it was still not heating up. We were extremely upset about being charged and it still not heating up. My husband had to take the side panel off and flip a switch for it to actually heat up. I called in and they said their maintenance man had turned it on which was false. Thank goodness that my husband is handy otherwise they would have tried to charge us for heating a jacuzzi that they never actually turned on. The unit was not very clean. We kept finding random items left behind by previous renters and even eyelashes by the jacuzzi! There were also roaches and ants in the unit. In the master bedroom one fell on my husbands head! We left early because we were so disgusted with the unit and the customer service. Do not stay at this place or anything managed by WONDER VACATION HOMES. Their customer service is extremely horrible and they do not care about your experience in the unit.

I love the home and quiet neighborhood

The jacuzzi didn’t work but I knew that from previous reviews. I would recommend replacing or repairing it does take away from the home.
