We love the house, decorations and furniture. Kids have a great time and place was beautiful.

Unfortunately,the staff on charge of the house was rude and didn't help much. We had a problem with the A.C, they took forever to send someone to check it and then they said they will change us if they had to send someone else again. It's florida you can't be indoors with a broken A.C! We live here in Florida. We think the company from the A.C. just charged them for doing nothing.
