The space and the character of the flat was brilliant and the location was very good. It was a great weekend away and a fantastic introduction to Liverpool for a family member. As a tall person, the sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the bedding was large enough. Thank you for all the extra towels and sheets.

Everything was great.

Eclectic ran out at 1pm on the sat. It was only turned back on at 8/9pm. Very difficult dealing with staff over the phone, the owner messaged me and when I tried to call bd o he had my blocked. REALLY BAD! total disregard to us being at the apartment with no heat as all heaters are electric. Had to go to the cafe around the corner to change phone. No one even came to look until 6:30pm, had to get ready in the dark, no hot water for shower and using our phones for lighting to get ready.

Very dusty. Lack of thorough cleaning throughout apartment. Shower temperature was not regulated and went hot and cold and scolded me every time I showered Excessive messages from property broker. But no response when we needed assistance resolving problems during our stay Lack of welcome pack in hard copy - many people prefer to travel without phones glued to them and permanently on Issues with accessing wi fi for half of our stay with no support in spite of requesting it Spit / phlegm on communal stairs Rowdy, excessively noisy neighbours on the floor below Lack of security - the entrance door to the property was left open on our return to the property on numerous occasions

The shower and tap temperatures were not good, going from normal to roasting hot is not safe, this should be looked at, also a hole in the floor, just the little things but makes a difference to the property. Possibly a lift would be good

Where do I start.. Took 4 hours to check in, numerous fonecalls made staff not very helpful Got into apartment and then there was no electric Also dirty towels lying in bathroom Bins not emptied Rubbish lying on counters Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes and smell coming from it

Great location close to the Cavern Quarter. The accommodation is big and airy, well provisioned kitchen, good shower power in the bathroom, clean bed linen and towels provided.

No under sheet provided for the sofa bed No terrestrial stations on the TV, seems like an aerial issue Fire stick operation was intermittent due to poor wi-fi speed (only 3G/4G connection available on hub, 5G required for stable fire stick) Lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke A number of bulbs need replacing in the bathroom and main living room
