6 Azure, Newquay - Sea view, Parking, 500m from beach

Everything we needed ,well laid out, close to facilities and beach, plenty of crockery, cutlery. Comfortable beds, everything working in Apartment. Spectacular views from Balcony.

The access information was not accurate and front door not working suspect Agents/Owners have rectified this and Front Door will operate in future when some works finished.

Warm , clean comfortable inside, in an excellent location

Not being told there was scaffold over front of building and part of the balcony. Balcony dirty from building work, mostly un useable not very appealing view from bedrooms ! In addition the main doorway into property did not work spent ages first time trying code supplied then one residents came out told us it don’t work an have use the garage to access building . Not brilliant when got a 90year old with you Finally property above had a herd of buffalo in, or sounded like it, constant noise during day time luckily died down of evening

We were disappointed that there was no milk. We had to go out as soon as we arrived so we could have a cuppa. And only 2 toilet rolls for 7 people. Also it would have been nice to know that the building was under renovation with scaffolding and builders on site.

Location

Heating was off when we arrived & it took 2 days for the apartment to warm up. Instructions for kitchen appliances were missing, I had to search internet for instructions. We were not informed of Building works during our stay, scaffolding obstructing front door & workers on our patio moving furniture & dropping debris onto patio. There was also a degree of noise.

Fantastic size and location, love all the kitchen amenities - huge balcony overlooking the sea

The only small (very small) issue was parking is very tight, worse case scenario there is a car park down the road very cheap (I have a large car)

There was nowhere to put bodyboards or wetsuits although there was a cage for them in the garage we were not given access to it

Perfect location .There was Everything we needed in the apartment.
