The location was great. We enjoy walking and there are many places in a walkable distance....the beach, restaurants, shopping, transportation by bus or train and historical sites. We loved the center walkways between the streets. The view from the balcony was really nice. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and we appreciated the washing machine. It suited all of our needs.

The view from the balcony is amazing! And you should wake up one morning to see the sunrise which is stunning! It's on the 23rd floor so that you can't hear noise from the street that well and it's quiet at night. But the walls are thin and you can hear noise from other apartments. Very easy to communicate with the owner by WhatsApp.

The kettle is in bad condition and should be changed as well as the frying pan! Also the wine bottle opener was broken. The floor and sink drains were smelly. The sofa was dirty. The bed has sagged in the middle and we could sleep comfortably only on the edge of the bed. It can be very warm inside the room after sunrise. Now in March with 24 degrees celsius it was just bearable but it was very hot to sit on the balcony in direct sunlight! The view is stunning but the price (over 100e per night in low season) felt a bit overpriced!
