1 bedroom flat in Nyar str., Central

Estaba situado a unos 10m de la gran sinagoga, así que de ubicación no estaba mal. El piso era bastante pequeño, pero calidad precio está bien en cuanto a tamaño y equipamiento.

El casero no nos contestaba, tardaba muchísimo y tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con otras personas. La reja blanca estaba como atascada y muy dura. La ducha cuando te duchabas salía agua por debajo, no estaba bien sellada. El ruido era insoportable de la calle y al rededores, la primera noche nos despertamos hasta en 4 ocasiones por gente gritando tanto dentro del edificio, fuera y con los vecinos de al lado, ya que se escuchaba absolutamente todo todo. Además, nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa al encontrarnos el envoltorio de un preservativo en el sillón del comedor.

Todo que era muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado tenía de todo rn en la casa

El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido muy fuerte siendo un poco molesto cuando es de noche y te quieres ir a dormir con Eo aire

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Zentrum. In der Nähe liegt das Café-Restaurant Gettó Gulyás. Dort gibt es leckeres Bier. Für diesen Preis ist diese Unterkunft in einer großen Stadt, fast im Zentrum, wirklich gut. Man kann Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Had what we needed.

Terrible smell of rotting cabbage near bins as you walked into main doors from the street. Very noisy from other flats.

Noise! We had terrible neighbors and the walls are paper thin. There was also the sound of the smoke detector going off every few seconds, i went crazy.. It was very cold in the apartment. The air conditioner could not heat the room downstairs, because it is located above the window around which cold air enters. Also, we had no hot water in the bathroom. Hot water takes only 3-4 minutes, which is enough for quick shower for just one person. :(

The apartment itself was very clean and the rooms are divided well so it feels bigger than it is, the bathroom is clean and spacious as well. It's very central, everything like shops, food, bars, cafes, bus station is in the immediate vicinity. AC worked well and was quiet, and it gets super hot outside so it's needed. Check in/out was easy enough with the keybox.

The walls are very thin and there's a bar right across the street. Our neighbors were quiet but if theyre not you will hear them. Our lock broke the first night after using it twice and we were trapped in the apartment for like 2h in the middle of the night until it was repaired. Really shouldn't happen but it is what it is and I got some money back. The locks in the hallway were pretty hard to operate as well. The sleeping sofa is very fragile.
