Location was absolutely perfect 5*! Close proximity to the town, flat, rather than hilly. The views of the estuary were wonderful from two of the bedrooms and the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Balcony a bonus too. Spacious accommodation throughout and plenty of bathrooms too. Top floor bedroom suite perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed and the added bonus of tea and various items left in the cupboards

A lot fo doors needed adjusting and didn't close or had to be slammed. There was a lot of seagull poo on the balcony which in the sunshine smelt awful, so we didn't use it. The beds were comfy enough for 4 nights, but not for a longer stay. The main drawback for us was the basement bedroom, which was cold, smelt and felt damp and the bunk beds were not suitable for adult use. There is a dehumidifier in operation already. We felt that there was no information on greeting, no welcome pack, no info on bins, it was very much search and try to work it out. Only info on leaving and stripping the beds and leaving the cottage clean and tidy! This could easily be resolved and work much better for future guests.
