The house is clean but pretty empty. They only have a dining ta le, a tv, and a folding bed in the living room. Not ideal for team building, plus the odor is not good

Smell, no sofa, lack of chairs knowing that it is good for group

The house very big & comfortable. The owner also good, my friend left his extension wire & the owner still let us go there & take it. Tq so much for hospitality

Its just that the grass need to be cut, the outdoor can improve to maintain, overall its good

Everything House was not clean. Floor was sticky, rooms and toilet was mouldy, no kitchen utensils - all stained and dirty, yard was not cleaned, no water provided, picture not as described at all. The doors don't work, garbage bag used as toilet curtains, Batteries for remotes were all weak. Dustbin was dirty.The host had to get a cleaner to come clean after I check in. Don't know how is this fair when I paid 150 for cleaning fee. This property is a huge lie. It shouldn't be allowed to describe as a villa, it's a run down, not maintained house for rent. BOOKING.COM should investigate the authenticity of this property. For the first time I wanted to stay out of a holiday home as long as possible. I also suspect that someone came to the house while we were away without permission as they seem to know a detail that was not shared. Shared pictures to proof Though the property responded to my complain by saying i didn`t inform them about the pet i brought ( which was a genuine overlook) it still does not take away the other facts about the house and the fact that he sent someone to enter the premise without permission while the property was locked and while we were away. Also why would you clean the house after check in? Shouldn`t the cleaning be done before check in , and the reason why I was charge RM150 for. I guess this property just does not take feedback well. ( doubt it will improve )

The size of the house, the car parks, the rooms were good. Walking distance to food court.

The cooking wares were dirty, cannot be use. The disks and cups were clean. No microwave, No washing machine! If got BBQ facilities that will be very good.

Not very safety because of the door locked The kitchen facilities are not enough like scissors, water jug and rice cooker so people who want to do family day or staycation with friends are recommendable to bring those things
