It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was muted and stylish, and there were some lovely thoughtful touches - the quality room fragrance, the board games, small bottles of bath products and the tea/coffee. I really appreciated the parking space in the underground garage. The instructions for entry were excellent.

The shared entrance hall was a bit neglected (but you soon forget about it when you enter the apartment). The lights are on a timer and motion sensor so you need to open the shower door when the lights go out!

Neighbours were up until 2 am shouting and sounded like a kid screaming?? Also had them outside revving cars until late. :(

The flat itself was very clean and well maintained. It had all the facilities we needed and was a nice stay for a night.

The location itself, while a short walk to various places in Southampton is just on the edge of an industrial estate, so not the prettiest. Both the car park and the building itself have seen better days.
