Green Flow Villa 20 Ubud

Staffs are great, rooms beds are comfy.water dispenser kitchen appliances is a plus . Aircon was leaking water badly ,they send repairman nxt day to fix. Thumbsup. Some small probs sure have, but overall a comfy villa to rest n relax.

Dinning area shld have a Fan. Its abit hot while family gathering there... Road leading to villa need major repair -_-ll

The host was responsive via WhatsApp And she did try to give me an alternative option when she learn that i wasn’t happy upon check in

1. No proper welcome - Staff wasn’t trained properly, they were more like the on site workers than a host (dress only in a plain t shirt and shorts). No welcoming drinks no flowers in their pots.. it just feel like an empty house 2. Lack of details - welcome staff only explain where the bedrooms are, the WiFi password and the key for the main door. They didn’t explain where the kitchen utensils, water dispenser, safe..etc until further enquired 3. Noise - Farmers right in front of our living room (open plan) was working and it was very noisy - when enquired they were supposed to finish off that day of (would be nice to get a heads up prior). They didn’t continue the work in the following days 4. Loose security - the living room is open plan, however the locks for bedrooms were not working, so someone could have accessed our rooms via the rice field right in front of the living room (it’s literally 1 min away without anything in between that could stop them) 5. Cleanliness - The villa looks more used than in the pictures, the utensils were all scratched and doesn’t look very clean, the floor doesn’t feel clean either, they did come and mop again upon our request. Also since we were so close to the field, there were quite some bugs around the villa, would be nice if they offer mosquito repellents incense / those electrical plugs for guests (we bought it ourselves in the end and it helps) 6. No add on services - We have been to Bali multiple times, it’s very rare that no Butler / On site Chef service can be arranged with additional cost, esp the villa is not close to anything. No any Bluetooth speakers / TV available on site. Overall the value for money for this villa is low. We have been living in Seminyak / Canggu / Uluwatu I must say this villa is quite disappointing. The entire complex isn’t completed perhaps they are inexperienced for hosting guests properly.

Staff is impolite. Everything is dirty and finished up fast during construction. Still working in the surrounding villa’s. Do not go here, better spend your money somewhere else.

Lot of tiles in the pool were loose. Everything is dirty and the quality of the materials is low. Staf is unprofessional and not polite, except one or 2 guys.

Pretty near central Ubud. Staff were very responsive and approachable.

Villa was poorly maintained, towels were stained and dirty looking, a lot of insects the entire time.

Gorgeous modern decor, 3 bedtooms with ensuites, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies. Staff were very responsive to requests.

Location was not in central town of Ubud, so we had to hire scooters and the traffic is very bad so expect to take 20-30 minutes to get to Ubud town. Also every night the lights would attract hundreds of little black beetles into the open plan living area ! Leave the lights off and close the bedroom doors! Also there was construction on the road to the villa which they didn't tell us until arrival. There was no daily room cleaning.

The property was soooo lush and gorgeous! It was well designed and modern. There was so much space and we loved how clean the place was. The staff were really helpful with our requests as well.

There was construction going on, and the construction of the villa opposite had direct view of one of our toilets.
