coffee maker didn’t work

The apartment was clean and checkout is at 12 am, usually in most most places nowadays it is 11 am.

- Wi-FI was not provided with the check-in instructions and was not present inside the apartment, so I had to ask about it, meantime wasting time with trying code from the router; this is basic information that should be available for the guests -The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, we almost did not sleep the first night; pillows are for urgent change, they were so thin and used - No iron - The chairs were ridiculous, very small, very hard and for camping probably, practically you can't sit on them, just on the couch (also very small) - Kitchen - where to start...no well equipped, basic appliances were missing, no salt, no tea, no cooking oil, you basically can't use the kitchen. Am I supposed to buy those things for a 3 days stay? Even more? And then what to with them? Bring them home or leave them at the property? Coffee - very disappointing experience, it would have been nice if at least capsules for the first day or two were left as in most places; when I asked the host if coffee was available (maybe I was not finding it in the so called kitchen), they ironically replied there is a coffee machine. Ok again am I supposed to buy the capsules (16 in a package for this brand), and then what do I do with the rest, leave them, right? -The last day, the neighbors were screaming like crazy from 7 in the morning and did not stop until we left at 12. No need to say we were awaken by the non-stop loud cursing, very unpleasant experience -Location is very remote, even with the metro you have around 30 min to downtown and you have to change 2 or 3 lines - At this property your comfort is their lowest priority, we were not provided with Wi-Fi or asked if everything was ok/ needed smth, but we were asked to throw the garbage away and leave the apartment tidy

Everything was okay

The accommodation is not central but well connected to the city centre by tube and buses. Clean, you have everything you need for a few days stay. The accommodation met my expectations and it was good value for money.
