Cozy 1BR Center City Retreat with Free Parking

Apt was very spacious. Can accomodate a lot of guests. Had all the necessary basic amenities.

There is nothing to like about this property. The description they give is a total lie. The location is unsafe, the contact person doesn't respond when you need something, there is no elevator and its three floors thru a narrow staircase, it is extremely filthy, you are across from a cementary, and there is nothing close to you. I booked this place for 40 days for my family. I left the second bight after the I witness all this. They did not even answer my complaints. They did not reimburse me. They were not even replying to Booking.com's customer service staff either. It was a complete mess and a trap for anyone who wants to stay! Please do not stay here!

Same as it´s described in Booking.. Clean and with all you need in place for yr stay .. Parking in street without any issue ,David ( Host ) is always ready to answer any doubt or need that may have...

Little far from Downtown , but easy to get over there trought route 1 and then 76 south ..

Notre hôte nous a fait un bon suivi, l'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Bel et grand appartement pour une petite famille de 2 adultes et 2 petits enfants.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas souvent et la pression de l'eau était vraiment basse dans le robinet de la salle de bain. Nous avons eu l'information pour les poubelles qu'à notre départ. Elles n'étaient pas facilement visibles. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était un bel appartement.

I really loved the location, it just outside all the main attractions of Philly, so it doesn’t get too loud or busy and you’re still close. The space is nice and inviting.

There is nothing that would deter me from booking again, there was even a minor maintenance issue that occurred and was repaired that didn’t affect my family in any way, shape, or form. We couldn’t even tell it happened.

It’s was comfortable and the communication with any questions was quick and easy very nice place

The hosts were more than accommodating and absolutely have been a huge part of making this experience a priority,for myself and my family.
