A decent size and appeared clean

Not contacted regarding access/key code, I had to message. Not clear from the entry that bed linen NOT provided. Has an asterisk beside "towels and linen" but then the asterisk says "no hen/stag parties". Not really a holiday when you have to make your own bed and then wash all the bedding after. The bar area on site was full of children accompanied by drunken adults in the evening. Worst of all a member of the party dropped their glasses when reading before sleep and whilst retrieving found (and photographed, attached to this review) dried dog excrement under one of the single beds. When I contacted the owner they initially apologised and said would be in touch with their cleaner. I then got a further message to say that the cleaner could not understand why the excrement was not all one colour? And that they had cleaned under the bed, so they basically called me a liar. I will not be returning or recommending.

Nice location, good caravan with fireplace . Very quiet. Coop Shop for essentials on the site and lots of eating places. Close to coast path. There is no internet in caravan but if you desperate this is good connection in the holiday centre, only 5 minutes to walk. Bus stop nearby.

Only last minute I found out that there is no bedding provided. Be aware, as on booking was only mentioned towels. Single beds was quite narrow for adults, but we put two together and it was fine.

Bathroom door didn't close properly Toilet door didn't open properly Shower dripped Central heating would have been nice as was cold at night in bedrooms Lack of crockery and a frying pan and basic condiments Grill was broken Bedding was not supplied

Had a brilliant time , great location, great caravan , clean and tidy, shops near by the campsite, 15 min walk to the beach would definitely go again 😊.

Entry was seamless, fantastic communication from the owner, Gas bottle ran out and was replaced within an hour! As expected in the caravan, a lovely veranda and easy close parking.. Most definitely use again
