NLDe binnenkomst van de locatie: het rook heel lekker in het huis en de tv stond aan met een heel vriendelijk en rustig muziekje. We vielen van de ene in de andere verbazing. Groot, mooi ingerichte slaapkamers, veel ruimte. Heerlijk!

USPlace was large, clean and welcoming. Fireplace and music playing on large screen tv when entering the first day. Air fryer was a plus, never saw that before. No wait at the gate. (Last stay, it took 40 mins to get inside the community). Very nice pool area with lazy river. Host responds very quickly to texts. YouTube premium on tvs.
Pool is tiny and a little bigger than a hot tub, and of course you have to pay for heat.No outlets next to the bed for charging blocks or lamps with plugs at bottom to compensate. Most people do not travel with extension cords for an outlet half way down the bedroom wall. 1 outlet did not work at all (found out when phone wasn't charged the next morning). Maintenance came pretty quickly to check it out but made it worse, when they left, closet light didn't work, half of the other outlet didn't work (top part worked, bottom didn't). The closet door could only open halfway due to the nightstand in the way, having to squeeze in sideways to utilize it in the Master bedroom upstairs. Floor creaked badly on the way to the bathroom. Only starter toiletries provided (1 roll of tissue for each bathroom,1 roll paper towels), with no warning in any booking communication. We were a family of 10 and 1 roll of paper runs out pretty quickly and if I had been given a heads up, we could have stopped along the way and picked up extra. Instead, thinking there was extra, like usual, didn't check until most in each bathroom was gone. Check out was super early at 10 o'clock with no grace period unless paying extra. I will never understand why places won't allow you to check in until half the day is gone, but expect you to check out early in the morning. I get the place has to be cleaned, but c'mon, 5 or 6 hours lost that was technically paid for at booking. Not just this place but all hotels and rental houses. That needs to change. Also, not the house, but community club house/pool had a huge unwelcomeing sign that says no outside food or drinks but has a huge bar by the pool. So if you want food or drinks they force you to buy it from them, at inflated prices of course. If I pay for the use of the pool, I shouldn't be restricted from bringing my own food or drinks, that's just ridiculous.

Supplies were scarce. Ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and there was only one kitchen garbage bag for the entire 5 days stay.
