In a quiet residential area. Easy access to the welsh coast and countryside. Clean, cosy and a comfortable bed. Fantastic welcome pack which was very helpful.Welsh cakes and a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely gesture.

Quiet location. Nice relaxing and cheerful feel. Warm and very clean. Close to Co-op which was helpful. Secure, lawned garden for dog. Easy to get to Llandudno and surrounding areas. Lovely view of little orme from kitchen window. Bathroom and kitchen small but very well presented with modern fittings - everything working as it should. Kitchen especially was comprehensively kitted out, and property had leaflets explaining everything. Living space very light with large windows and blinds that can be part/totally closed if extremely sunny, or for privacy. Owner very helpful when we failed to read instructions properly - sorry and thank you! We could nitpick very small observations about things we'd change, but they are extremely subjective and do not detract from comfortable, pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

It felt like home. Good walks for the dogs. Bonus we saw the seals at Anel Bay.

Stunning bungalow, spotless and beautifully presented. Everything we used from the kettle to the pans and utensils were like using them for the first time. Immaculate! Bathroom products, kitchen essentials and cleaning items were above and beyond. Loved the patio doors in the bedroom. Made waking up a pleasure. Super comfy sofa and chair (I miss the chair already!) Nice comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Beautiful enclosed garden which is very dog friendly. Really good heating system with warmed the bungalow up quickly. Situated in a quiet little cul de sac, surrounded by nice neighbours with no mither. Fiona went the extra mile leaving beautiful flowers and a bottle of Prosseco for our anniversary, such a lovely touch. Wouldn't hesitate to book again (which we already have) and to recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to our visit next year!!

Fantastic place in a good location. Very quiet and peaceful. The property was spotless with great facilities and dog friendly.

The bungalow was amazing it had everything you need in it,the garden was lovely enclosed for the dogs and plenty of space outside…..it had a side entrance so you could excess the garden that way if you’d got dogs…..there was a small cove and beach a five minute walk away which was nice and quiet and other walks that was on the doorstep.Local co op shop in walking distance and even Llandudno 5 mins in car or we did walk and only took just over half an hour……Ros-On-Sea only a 20 min walk too which there is a bigger beach where one side is dog friendly and a small town.
