The property was in a neighborhood that held a lot of nostalgia for us, as we grew up in New Orleans. Convenient to grocery stores and some of our favorite restaurants.

The house consisted of 2 separate apartments, going from one to another required using a set of outside stairs. Stairs were shaky. No tables or chairs on lower level.
