"It was disappointing to say the least given the cost of the unit."

We were told at the last minute that Villa A20 was not available. We were change to Villa G26 and told that it was an upgrade. Certainly did not feel like an upgrade. The unit was untidy. Furniture was old. Wifi did not work. Pillows were in bad condition. Master bedroom ensuite had an awful smell emanating from the sink unit. Carpets were stained.

We were well informed, it was exactly what we needed, very relaxing 😎

We filled on the form that we have 2 vehicles, when we got to our villa there was only 1 bay, we then requested from the hotel staff for another bay, we were given A22, in the morning our car was locked in 🙄
