"Bad"

AVOID!!! We arrived at the property only to find other people's stuff there. It had been DOUBLE BOOKED 🤬 WHAT A JOKE. No response from booking or owners at all that evening. We had to panic find somewhere else with a dog at night time! Having paid for this property and then having to fork out again and no support or help from booking.com is even more of a joke. Never again!

The whole experience!! Avoid! After travelling all day we were exhausted and wanted to rest only to be left sitting in the garden as other people were staying there and it had been DOUBLE BOOKED. We were continually ringing the owners who didn't answer any calls or texts. The owner did apologise 24hrs later and blamed bookings system as this has HAPPENED BEFORE 😳
