I've actually booked 4 rooms and the AC wasn't working on the first day in one of the rooms where I stayed and later the problem got sorted out. Hot water issue - the only source to get hot water was from the solar facility. The day we went was not sunny so we couldn't get the hot water on that day which was a disappointing factor. Suggestion - They can have an alternate option as either electric or gas geyser as a back-up. Location - another important thing which I would like to highlight here is about the property location which is little inside from the main road. Property ambience - excellent and worthy. Breakfast at the property - ₹90 for two dosa and curry which I felt quite expensive because we will get unlimited kerala meals outside in the town for ₹50/60 max.

The owner was really helpful and navigated through itenery... Good breakfast... Overall a good experience
