The cabin was built with amazing care, and the location on the southern end of Skye with the view south was extraordinary. Sally and Donald have created something very special here. And it was such a delight to talk with them both.

We loved everything about the property.

The property was beautiful and so warm. Very well equipped and everything you would need was there.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Byre 7. The views from the window were so beautiful, every morning when we got up we couldn't believe it. Sally is a very welcoming host and gave us useful advices for excursions. So we booked the Misty Isle Boat Trip in Elgol and that was one of the most amazing experiences we've ever made. We have to thank Sally and Donald for a holiday we will never forget. Best wishes, Tanja und Stefan

Views are amazing & the property is immaculate

Nothing can’t fault it

Exceptional view and the property itself was just stunning in every way. WiFi was fine until stormy weather arrived. The location was quiet and peaceful. One walk from the door with a lovely beach and superb 360 views from the Point of Sleat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and visit again in the future.

Weather on Skye isn’t always the most favourable!

The hosts were superb, providing a lovely welcome pack on arrival the accommodation is spotless with outstanding high spec throughout, the views are stunning, and the outdoor area enhances the experience

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave, it really is outstanding

Walking into the property we were absolutely stunned by the view, photos don’t do it justice. The building itself is immaculate inside with everything we could need, including a well equipped kitchen. Outside the decking area and garden have plenty of seating options and a fire pit for relaxing evenings watching the sun go down. Sally and Donald were the perfect hosts, welcoming us on arrival and sending us some lovely walks, whilst also giving us our privacy. Thoughtful touches like a welcome pack, fresh flowers and dressing gowns made our stay feel even more special. We really enjoyed exploring the area and only drove as far as Broadford for food shopping as we wanted to make the most of the place. We loved it so much we booked for next year whilst we were still on holiday!

Perfect spot, in a beautifully crafted, modern conversion. Attention to detail is everywhere, spotlessly clean, well thought out space with everything you might want, without any clutter. We were greeted with a warm welcome and felt they were right on hand if we needed anything, but once we walked through the Byre door it was perfectly secluded. Obviously a labour of love, highly recommend.
