El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien situado, muy cerca de uno de los ruin bar más famosos de la ciudad. La comunicación con el propietario es inmejorable, muy atento y amable, contesta rapidísimo a todas las dudas que puedas tener. Muy buen precio

Le falta un poquito de limpieza. No la del día a día, que eso estaba bien, si no un poco la más profunda. Las almohada demasiado bajas, pero por el resto todo bien.

الاثاث كان نظيف جدا وجيد يوجد بها تكيف واخد بالصاله بس لم نحتاجه لان الجو كان حلو مرا مع انه شهر يوليو الشقه مجددة مع انها بعمارة قديمه الموقع كان حلو وقريب من كل شئ مشي علي الاقدام لما جيت حصلت المغسلة مكسورة وكلمت صاحب السكن وعرض علي ياروح شقه ثانيه تبعه او يعوضني ب30٪؜ من قيمة الايجار واخذت الخيار الثاني

العمارة قديمه جدا لكن الشقه مجددة

1. We booked these apartments because the description mentioned a washing machine. In reality, the machine was covered in mold and didn’t work. The smell of mold lingers throughout the entire bathroom. 2. A clogged sink in the bathroom and a broken toilet flush. 3. Towels with a stale smell. 4. If you enjoy cooking full meals, this option is not suitable — basic items like a can and bottle opener, a second cutting board, and scissors are missing. The Teflon pan is in terrible condition and unsafe to use. 5. Most importantly, we informed the host about all these issues, but they were completely irresponsible and unwilling to help. Matteo didn’t answer calls or messages, with replies coming only the next day. On the fourth day of our stay, after lengthy correspondence, they finally sent fresh towels and agreed to refund 10% of the booking for the non-functional washing machine.

The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped, which we appreciated.

There were crumbs from chicken strips and dark hairs on the covered sofa, which made it seem like the sofa hadn’t even been properly re-covered or cleaned after the previous guests. It gave the impression that basic cleanliness standards weren’t met.

The location is ideal of you want to be close to the bars and restaurants. Building is safe, the apartment faces an interior building, for us wasn't a problem. The bed is really cozy.

It could be a bit more clean, but we didn't stay in that much.
