Very comfortable stay in an excellent location

Very well located and beautiful property. The breakfast was super nice and the staff was accommodating.

The staff seemed to be a bit confused, and did not give a tour of the property on arrival. The first day the water heater didn’t work. So we had no hot water to shower

The property was in an amazing location. I had stayed in 2 previous Riads that were near this one and this one takes the cake in terms of location! Close to the Medina and other famous attractions! This was also a Riad that was on the bigger side, which I enjoyed! More rooms more guest! Staff was amazing a special shout out to aziz for making the stay extra amazing! Room was amazing. Had great air conditioning. My room was cold and crisp all night.

Riad très beau avec une belle terrasse et des chambres propres. En revanche, gros point négatif concernant le paiement : le TPE carte bancaire ne fonctionne souvent pas et l’établissement demande alors de régler en espèces, alors que j’avais pourtant réussi à payer en carte le même jour. Cela oblige à retirer de l’argent avec des frais bancaires supplémentaires, sans aucun geste commercial ni dédommagement proposé par l’établissement. Pratique un peu douteuse

Riad is gelegen in een fijne buurt en toch wat verwijderd van de drukte. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de mensen van de riad en sturen je op voorhand al een bericht met informatie. Prijs-kwaliteit in orde

Riad bestaat uit vier huizen waardoor het groot en toeristisch aanvoelt. Minder authentiek dan andere riads waar ik ben geweest. Kamer gaf het gevoel dat het opgeknapt kon worden. Geen gordijnen, er hing gewoon een doek dat naar beneden valt. Bed kraakte enorm hard waardoor onze nachtrust toch wat werd verstoord. Voor 1 nacht doenbaar.
