B&B Ai Due Santi

A vert Beautiful home in the heart of Lecce. A 7 minute walk to the historical center. The host Maria Luisa was absolutely charming and accommodating. She served a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace that had a good view of the historical center. Good to great restaurants all around the area within walking distance. Good Wi-Fi.

Everything was great

The first floor apartment was roomy and comfortable, and nicely decorated with many paintings and bookshelves. It was located 5 minutes walk from the gate of the old town in a relatively quiet street. Free street parking was easily accessible around the apartment. Maria the host was very welcoming and friendly and her breakfasts each morning up on the beautiful and spacious terrace were wonderful.

Just a couple of notes. There are a couple of dozen stairs to climb to the apartment as there is no lift. Also access to the beautiful terrace is up further stairs that go through the living quarters of the hosts, so best to coordinate this with the hosts so they can open up access to the terrace.

Maria Luisa could not have been a warmer and more helpful host. The room was massive and comfortable with a Nespresso machine and kettle. It was only a 5 minute walk to the old city.

The room was spacious, elegant and very clean. Felt like you were in an upscale hotel. Maria Luisa vas very accomodating, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you Maria, definitely worth coming back to.

The room was really nice, comfortable and spacious. Maria explained everything during check in. The room was clean, nicely decorated and Maria gave some recommendations regarding restaurants etc. I didnt have the breakfast as always left the apartment early 7 am.

Breakfast was like being home. Maria Louisa prepared a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the breakfast tray delivered every morning and slowly consumed it in our spacy room. The location is perfect: you find yourself on the threshold of Lecce's historic centre, yet you skip the parking difficulties since the parking in the neighbourhood is free and ample. Gratitude is being unconditionally expressed towards Maria Louisa for creating and maintaining this cosy nest in the heart of Salento.

Everything has exceeded our expectations, and we could not trace any negative aspects of our stay.

We really had o lovely stay at Maria Luisa’s place, she made us feel like we are at our home. We had nice weather during our stay, so Maria was preparing and serving fantastic breakfast each morning at the roof terrace. The location is excellent, only several minutes walk from the center and parking is free. Highly recommended!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owners of this elegant, traditionally furnished residence. Located a 5 minute stroll from the historic centre of Lecce, the rooms are large, self contained and spotlessly clean. Parking outside the property is free and not a problem. We had an excellent traditional breakfast each day (pastries and coffee) is a near by cafe, where we were warmly welcomed. Lecce is a wonderful city to a wander through, full of historic churches, monuments alongside cafes, bars and restaurants suit every taste and wallet! Highly recommend Ai Due Santi for location, comfort and facilities.
