Please note that the property is located above the Arcadian plaza, which may cause guests to hear noise from outside street. We've added curtains to minimize the noise from the outside. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building and balcony only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. Please note that visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Please note if the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee of up to GBP 100 will apply. £30 Service fee = covers up to £200 in damages from the deposit waiver pool, if damages goes beyond that we send an invoice to the guest.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
