Staff especially Front desk Prabhjyot and Nisha were very polite and cooperative. Facilities and location are good value for money

The room itself was great. Rainwater shower, comfy bed

On booking it was stated that the hotel is 300m away from the Golden Temple. But in reality it was 1km away

The staff was very undisciplined and rude A day prior to our stay, we got a call from the hotel manager (a female) saying You have to make full payment right now or else we’ll allot the room to someone else, which I didn’t agree to because of the tone they used, later they said if you are not paying you cancel the booking from your side, we are not gonna cancel it. When I tried calling them about this again they kept ignoring my calls for few hrs. It was clearly mentioned that no prepayment is needed at the time of booking or prior to check in. Later that night I tried calling the hotel again, a guy picked up and said your booking is confirmed I had specifically mentioned him I’ll be reaching around 10am the next morning after 12hrs of travelling so It’d be helpful if they could give me the checkin early. He assured me that it wont be a problem and would get the checkin at 10am When I arrived at the hotel, we asked to view the room, the same lady from day before who had called was at the reception and asked her staff to show us the room. When we went to view the room one of the staff member was taking a shower and washing their clothes in our washroom and the lady at the reception VERY CASUALLY said its not a problem, we’ll clean the washroom later IF YOU WANT. I’m sorry but this is not at all acceptable Very Poor Service When we asked for another room they showed us a room which was a very basic room and not what we paid for. It was all dirty and the smelled. After a few minutes the owner of the property was there and we raised the issues to him, even the owner was unbothered about this whole situation. He accepted the mistake and said It happens please adjust this time. Why Should we? Very poor hospitality and service of the Hotel staff and zero coordination or communication between them Never Stay here

Breakfast quality was not good. No stuffing in Paratha ordered. Service was late at 9.00

There was no complimentary breakfast . Even ordering it got too late .

Kitchen was not available. Second day morning breakfast was not available. Third day available was too late. Took more than 45 minutes.
