Had a lovely stay with great communication from Priscilla. Was near everything needed on a trip to Brighton :) Apartment itself was cozy and quiet, despite new years celebrations!

A few things were broken, but this did not affect our stay at all.

I would advise against using this property. On the second night we found bed bugs, the host indicated that the property had been treated previously. I got only a partial refund after complaining and cutting our stay short. Lots of hassle to make sure we dud not bring unwanted guests back with us. Ruined our break.

it was so central to the beach, town centre entertainment and every you needed. we really liked the security system. the flat was very clean , everything we needed, comfortable and warm. would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great location flat, close to all amenities and very well equipped. Also quiet considering central location.

Bedroom was small for a double and bathroom tiny, although not surprising for a converted house like this. More disappointing was the silence on both phone or booking.com messages when we reported problems. My wife had trouble finding the place and rang for advice - no response. I reported electrical problems with the lighting - no response.

The location is excellent, in a bustling part of Brighton, close to many restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. The host communicated very pro-actively and the apartment is comfortable.
