A hotel is often defined by its rooms, but here it’s the people who make the difference.( as well as rooms) Katherine at reception set the tone from the start — helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. The same care carries through the whole experience, from the excellent food (compliments to the cooks) to the spa, where the massages were a real highlight. Everything feels easy, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. Comfortable, warm, and quietly memorable.

The Spa looked at bit clinical, but it is in the process to make it a bit more cozy . This is a personal opinion

De locatie was geweldig. De appartementen heel mooi, het personeel was geweldig. Het ontbijt was zo goed. We hebben het er heerlijk gehad.

Het was comfortabel, maar de bedden waren wel een beetje hard (dat is natuurlijk een kwestie van smaak) De appartementen missen hier en daar haakjes en het mag iets gezelliger ingericht.
