Very clean. They were able to give us extra towels and pillows. They didn't come to service the apartment until we asked, so I am not sure housekeeping comes daily or only when you ask for it.

The first night there was quite a bit of music from the nearby restaurants but after that it was quiet. We had a problem with our shower not draining but maintenance was quick to fix it. There was an issue after check-in, I paid the amount from booking.com along with 15% VAT, and the next morning they said I had to pay an additional 300SAR. I asked them to clarify what the additional money was for and they weren't able to tell me, they kept saying "VAT" but I had already paid the VAT the previous day. After some back and forth, they admitted it was a mistake and we all laughed. The internet was quite weak and non-functional but we were at the end of the hallway, far from the reception. There was no coffee provided.

Regarding location it is located in very good surroundings with good restaurant and near by Ar Ruddaf Park , friendly staff and take care of cleanliness. Parking is available in the basement.

Do not have view from hotel room. and the room is so small according to the price they charged. Internet is very bad quality.
