The company dealing with this caravan emailed me to say I owe £15 for a single duvet that I had ruined. Firstly I didn’t use the duvets as I brought my own and we didn’t even use the room with single duvets. The duvets in the caravan were actually very clean and the photo of what that sent me was a rotten duvet that was nothing like the fresh ones that were in the caravan. She told me I was wrong and that she will give me a video of the van. Didn’t hear nothing for weeks and now she says they are dropping the charge because they have no evidence. Like I told the woman it’s a lie or they know they made a mistake and just won’t own up to it. I would say take loads of pictures before leaving as they could be trying to con lots of people out of money. She’s says they trust their cleaners well I don’t trust the holiday company.
