Cleanliness: The apartment was not clean upon arrival, and it remained unclean throughout my stay despite paying for cleaners to clean the apartment. Heating: The heater in the apartment was not working, which made it difficult to keep warm during the colder days. Network Signal: The internet and mobile network signal in the apartment was weak, making it difficult to communicate and stay connected. Linen and Towels: Despite paying for cleaners to change the towels and bedding, this service was not provided during my stay, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable.

I did like the Beach closer to my room Also like the hospitality of the workers.

The fact that we had to clean ourselves with no option of a house keeper And cleaning equipment is also limted in just 1 dish cloth no cloth for bathroom cleaning

Facilities was of the good quality. Everything was well prepared for us. Environment was catering our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and holidays at Lagoon beach apartment. Keep up the good work.
