NZThe room was spacious and very well equipped. The gentleman in reception was always very helpful. He helped with information and booking taxis for me whenever I needed them. Wish I could have stayed longer.
IDThe receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. They were eager to help direct you to nearby locations like convenience stores. It's located quite in the center of the city, so it's relatively easy to get to other places from this hotel. They have a very gigantic TV with lots of content (YouTube, Netflix, TV programs, etc.), and the shower room is also quite spacious. It's perfect for those who want to find a place to rest in the midst of a short trip.
None, I didn't have any bad experience. All was great. I had to leave a bit earlier in the morning, and the receptionist was not in the location, but I could just leave the door key on the table. It was very easy and a great experience.
CAFriendly and helpful staff
USTwo of us are doing the bike ride from Seoul to Busan. This hotel was very good for the price. Good in-room tech and wifi. Locked and indoor place to store bikes was provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
GBStay 201 hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The huge TV offered a wide range of channels. It's well located in downtown Mungyeong, close to good restaurants and shops. It was a fine base for visiting Mungyeongsejae Provincial Park and its historic pass & gateways.
A minor inconvenience: the super and flexible lighting is controlled from a panel by the door so after reading in bed one has to get up to turn the lights off.
GBThe staff were very helpful and eager to please. The facilities in the room were excellent and there was an enormous television. The location was close to the main Street, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
I can usually find some minor detail to criticise, but in this case there was nothing to complain about at all.
ATThe room was nice with a dryer for shoes and one for clothes. The personnel was friendly and the location is good with restaurants nearby
