Lakeview Paradise: 3BR, Hot Tub, BBQ, Garden

Beautiful views, great light in the living area. Comfortable beds. 20 minutes walk into town. Great outside space and hot tub.

One bathroom small and harder to navigate. Kitchen although well equipped was slightly small.

Well-equipped house with complete facilities. Good-sized kitchen. 3 ensuite bedrooms with additional guest toilet. Free parking in front of house. Large balcony. Laundry with dryer. Working heaters. Beautiful views of lake Whakatipu. Relatively central location, about 10-15mins to the airport.

Not very clean facilities - there was hair and fur on the sofa, oven was caked in grease, pots and pans were all greasy, likely washed by previous occupier. No dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent. Steps to bedrooms were quite steep - not elderly/children friendly. Guest toilet was leaking, but was promptly fixed by owner. No basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. House is located uphill. If you are looking to travel by public transport, you will need to catch the bus at the bottom of the hill, which is a short but steep climb.
