La ubicación es perfecta. Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza y la ventana de la cocina. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde enseguida, todo facilidades a nuestra llegada.

Por mencionar algo mejorable la televisión de pequeño tamaño.

-Nice building with excellent view directly on the seafront -Lots of restaurants and cafes next to it -Friendly owner (which even left a electric-heater in the apartment, as there ist no heating and the weather was quite chilly)

Old furniture and equipment, which has some serious problems: - closets and bed with smell of mould and dust, so that you don’t want to put anything inside - Washing Maschine was broken (the owner took over the cost for the self service laundry three blocks away) - The door of the ice box inside the old fridge is missing. So the fridge is so cold, that the salad was frozen. - The armchair and the sofa are so dusty and smelling mould, that you don’t want to sit on it (even though the owner put a blanket on the sofa to cover it) - During the rain the water enters through the single glazed windows, so that the water were standing in the living room and the kitchen. - An other issue that maybe won’t apply for everybody: the beds are only 1,83 tall with a wooden foot- end, which makes it quite uncomfortable. Maybe the pictures attached help to understand the situation.
