"All you could ever want from a B&B"

From the minute the front door opened we were made to feel as though we were at home. Claire could not have been anymore welcoming and she is one of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet. Once inside the house is stunning. A beautiful breakfast room and a lovely garden. The room we stayed in was postcard perfection and we had two amazing and extremely comfortable sleeps. Breakfast was lovely with a nice choice of freshly cooked products and cereals. Ask Claire for the porridge which is the best i have ever tasted. I have never stayed anywhere that makes you feel as welcome as the JESMOND does not have I had a host so attentive. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We always leave Jesmond house feeling so well rested. Clare and Jean (and their wonderful animals!) are fantastic hosts. Already looking forward to be next stay :)

Such a gem of a place; beautiful and relaxing. If you love animals this is the place for you. The hosts were wonderful. We will stay there again.

The location was very good because I was seeing family who live nearby and we went out a lot to eat at some amazing local restaurants. I didn’t know it was a vegan b&b but have to say that the breakfast was delicious. My room was very comfortable and it felt like ‘home from home’ as the hosts are so pleasant and welcoming. I couldn’t understand how the telly worked because it’s a modern one but was helped with it each time I got confused. A really lovely stay in a lovely house. I will definitely be booking again.
