Классный старый дом, потолки 4м, тепло. Большая спальная с дверью, удобная кровать, очень тихо. Не дорого. Центральное расположение.

Ванная требует небольшого ремонта, стиралка своё отработала. Хотелось бы больше мягкого , отраженного света - хотя бы торшер.
