1. There were no instructions for the SMEG oven, which was a major inconvenience, particularly as there was no microwave. 2. One window shutter was broken & the curtain hem was torn. 3. The 3rd floor elevator button was broken 4. No corkscrew - we bought one & left it there. 5. No kitchen handtowel - we bought one but did not leave it. 6. No tea towel. 7. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 8 days. 8. The inside front door handle had to be reattached several times. 9. The kettle needs to be replaced as it seems to be heavy with limescale & pours badly. 10. A window handle had to be reattached several times. 11. The Welcome email created confusion for us & at least one other guest in another apartment as it referred to non-existent communal facilities. 12. No instructions for the TV. 13. The recycling bins were a mess and need to be labelled individually.

The unit was very clean though rather Spartan. Bed comfortable. The neighbourhood was most pleasant and the unit was walking distance to the Tram, to City Centre and to the Station.

The kitchen cupboards were very high and unreachable for me at 5 feet, 1 inch. Also, I am 83 and not about to use a chair to reach. One window handle was broken and no mention of this was made. I worried I would be blamed and a charge attempted. This needs to be fixed or a note left to reassure the traveler.

Locatie goed. We hadden fietsen mee, dus je bent zo in de stad en handig om boodschapjes te halen. P-plek achter het appartement groot pluspunt! Fijne douche en prima keukenblok.

De schoonmaak! Toen wij aankwamen lagen er stofnesten, zaten er nog 12 koffiecupjes van de vorige gasten in het reservoir, er was geen handdoek in de keuken, 1 raam was kapot en kon dus niet open, geen zeep in de douche en het ergste was dat de verwarming niet uit kon en het dus warm bleef in de kamer. En dat terwijl er wel gevraagd werd zuinig en wijs met de heating om te gaan...

Ruim, schoon, rustig. Leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt en het centrum was goed bereikbaar. We hebben ons vermaakt.

Studio 303 très propre et bien équipé. L'adresse est idéale pour visiter la ville à pieds. Le gestionnaire est très réactif.

Il manque un tapis de douche et un tourchon pour la cuisine. Pas de gel douche ni shampoing! Il faut aérer la salle d'eau pour dégager l'odeur de la canalisation.

Très bon emplacement du studio, situé à proximité du centre ville à pied (moins de 10min). Quartier calme. Logement spacieux. Accessibilité en autonomie (instructions très claires).

Manque quelques équipements comme un tapis de douche, un torchon pour la vaisselle, la télécommande de la télévision... Le radiateur ne se réglait pas, il faisait très chaud ! Fuite du pommeau de douche et traces de moisi dans la douche. Lumière de la salle de bain automatique qui met du temps à s'éteindre...
