Ocena dotyczy standardu włoskiego który jest znacznie niższy niż w europie zachodniej bądź centralnej. Lokal jest komfortowy na kilka dni. Dobra lokalizacja, przy samym porcie, wiele sklepów i kafejek obok.

Hałas sąsiadów choć i tak uważam że jak na to co dzieje się w genui tu było stosunkowo cicho.

de locatie in de stad was fantastisch, op de rand van de oude stad en de haven. De teleurstelling over de lastige bereikbaarheid met een rolstoel werd snel beter na de prachtige indrukken van de stad, en ook door de spontane reactie en steun van de host (met een lunch in een prima lokaal restaurant) ! Een heel boeiende stad, met nog eens extra adviezen van de host. Als we terugkomen, en dat gaan we zeker doen, laten we ons van tevoren informeren door deze host !

wat erg tegenviel was de "voorlichting" op de site van Booking.com. Bovenverdiepingen te bereiken met de lift stond achter het rolstoel logo. Wat ontbrak was een lange trap voor de lift werd bereikt, waardoor de rolstoel moeilijk naar boven kon om te worden opgeladen. Contact met Booking.com via de telefoon hierover liep vast op een slechte verbinding. Een vervolgreactie van Booking kwam pas na anderhalve dag, teleurstellend.

L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano e prima di arrivare all’ascensore devi fare comunque una rampa di scale che per chi ha passeggini come nel mio caso è parecchio scomodo.. inoltre il portoncino per entrare nell’edificio è strettissimo e i passeggini non ci entrano. Abbiamo dovuto smontarli e far scendere i bambini ogni volta per entrare.. una faticaccia Altra pecca: non c’è il bidet!🫤

Relatief groot appartement, centraal, functioneel keukentje, fohn, strijkijzer, wasmachine. Pal tegenover de ingang een goede focacceria en paar meter verder uitstekend koffie café. Heel dichtbij de haven, metro, supermarkt.

Weinig lichtinval, maar mogelijk hebben alle oude huizen in het centrum dat. Buren kon je horen praten maar geen overlast van de straat gemerkt. De ingang voelt s avonds onveilig met dealers en prostituees maar is overdag gezellig. Niet geschikt voor minder validen met de trappetjes naar het huis toe en in het huisje klein drempeltje. (zou overigens als je minder valide bent ook niet in de oude binnenstad iets zoeken gezien overal hellingen en losliggende stenen zijn)

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, where all the most popular attractions are within walking distance. Nearby there is a grocery store, small shops where you can buy vegetables/fruits or various souvenirs, cafes. We liked that there was no noise from the street. The bed was comfortable and spacious. There is a bunk bed, a sofa bed and a baby cot for a larger group of guests. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, kettle, microwave oven, vacuum. * If you are bringing a stroller, remember that you will first have to climb several steps to get to the elevator.

There is very minimal natural light inside, as the apartment windows face the inner yard (ad photos about brightness inside are misleading). The bedroom/living room would need brighter lighting in our opinion. It seemed confusing that we needed to pay city tax separately in cash, it was not included in the rental price. There is a very small water heater, sometimes there was not enough water for 4 people to take a shower. The pots and kitchen utensils needs upgrade, pots are scratched, unsuitable for cooking. The front door has no threshold, and there is a visible gap between the floor and the door, so noises from the stairwell could be heard in the apartment.

Clean, spacious, kids friendly, conveniently located, close to metro stop, host’s availability, police on the street each night we stayed.

Nothing really. Just to mention: The water heater could be upgraded. After 2 showers water was no longer hot but lukewarm. But it wasn’t an issue for us as it was hot outside.

The owners were very kind and helpful, and the apartment is centrally located, wifi connection was reliable.

Accessing the apartment with luggage and a stroller was challenging due to the many stairs, the door entrance of apartment building is narrow, the street could feel slightly less secure than expected. Inside the apartment, there were ants in the bathroom, and the lighting could be improved. Additionally, there are stairs within the apartment that might be unsafe for children.
