Las Damas 23-C Levante Beach

Location was perfect

Lifts was a bit small n dated

Check in was good. Location great

Very dated building, lift so slow and 'rickety', being on the 23rd floor seemed to take ages. Spiral rusty staircase was outside would not fancy using that if the lift failed unless you like extreme sports. Apartment although clean was very basic. Furniture a couple of steps down from IKEA quality. Bedroom with no windows apart from a small one high up toward the passageway. There are better Apartments in my opinion at this price point. We would not stay there again. The swimming pool in the middle of the car park is ridiculous.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and the standard is overall good. The lifts are very slow up to the 23rd floor but we knew that before booking.

The main reason we book this apartment is the view over Levante Beach from the 23rd floor. However the view was blocked by a tarpaulin erected by workmen who were supposed to be painting the front of the building, i say supposed because we only seen them once in the six days we stayed in the apartment. I should have been informed of the planned work and given the opportunity to cancel and rebook somewhere else.

This apartment is in an excellent location it is surrounded by restaurants,supermarkets cafes and the beach just outside.

I found the pillows were a little firm and to high for me.

Could not find the office at first and no one would answer phone

Apartment was very small, ideal for a single person, beds very small, felt cramped with two people one on sofa bed and other on what they called a double but was a lightweight large single. Lifts to 23 floor took ages and again very small.

Perfect location. Amazing views from the room.

Nothing. Was exactly what I was looking for

The apartment was modern, clean, amazing views (the pics used are what you will get!! Even that deep blue sea!). Everything you'll need is right there in the apartment so it made me feel right at home. Solid security door, low noise from outside. Absolutely I'll be staying here again next time. Thank you!

The lifts. This isn't the owners fault. This is the building owners. They're slow, extremely slow. But they work and at the 23rd floor I'm glad they did! Haha.
